Developed for the Arte Gustu 2019 Festival on the hazelnut theme, Corsica was honoured once again. The teams developed a beer brewed with PGI hazelnut flour from Cervione, a small village in Haute-Corse.
The Cervione PGI hazelnut comes from a unique variety. When shelled, they are heart-shaped. Planted in Haute-Corse, hazelnuts grow between the sea and the mountains.
